The new editor design is fast and responsive. It can handle 10 locations or 10,000 locations on your map with ease.

With a new built-in search, you can easily find and edit a location on your interactive map.

The simple, clean design helps you find all the features you need quickly and easily.

Mapme power users have faster access to all the customization settings as well as the Publish and Embed features.

The real-time preview is still available for both large screen and mobile.

How to upgrade to the New Mapme?

You can upgrade to the New Mapme with the switch at the top of the editor.

You will see that the map Preview will update to the new design.

The layout style configuration will use the default presets.

The map URL and the embed code provided in the editor will point to the URL for the New Mapme.

If you want to switch your embedded map to the new Mapme, you can simply replace the map URL from
https://story.mapme.com
to
https://viewer.mapme.com

A: Yes, during the beta, you can switch back and forth between the 2 versions.

Q: Will the original design stay available after the release of the new Mapme
A: No, once the New Mapme is stable, all customers will be upgraded the New Mapme

Q: Can I use custom CSS with the new Mapme
A: Yes, beware that the class names have changed. In the new Mapme, we clearly defined CSS classes that are safe to customize.
